Meat shortages, now what? Interview with Meyer Hatchery Ambassador Meghan Gates. Part 2 of 3 Part Series

Many of us are noticing the limited or bare meat shelves at the local groceries stores along with the rising costs. What if you were not able to purchase processed poultry at the grocery store? What if it becomes unaffordable? What now? In part 2 of this 3-part series, we welcome Meyer Hatchery Ambassador Meghan Gates as she shares her experience raising and processing meat birds in the Oklahoma Panhandle for her family as well as people in her community. Meghan is passionate about providing her family with the best homegrown food possible and wanted to share that passion by developing a resource for others to utilize called The Broiler School. Listen as she shares all about it.
