Avian Influenza
AI, also known as Avian Influenza or the bird flu, is something that is always present and continuously monitored by the USDA. Recently there have been increased reports of a Eurasian H5 strain of high pathogenic Avian Influenza that have put poultry owners on alert. Today we are discussing what this virus is, symptoms to watch for as well as ways to protect your flock.
